Glenmore Park Soccer Club's president, Graham Rowlings, has cautiously welcomed Penrith City Council proposals to address the club's overcrowding problems - Mr Rowlings said the club welcomed the Council's proposal to investigate the provision of additional off-street parking space at Blue Hills, the upgrading of the surface at the Ched Towns facility and the planning investigtion for the southern expansion of Glenmore Park - However, he said the club did not support the proposal to cap the number of teams.
