This toolkit is part of the ongoing commitment of the NSW government to a comprehensive and long-term plan for air quality management across the State. Prepared with the needs and background of officers in local government in mind.

Intended for use as a resource book for teachers, a life-saver for casual teachers who need a variety of interesting activities at their fingertips and an alternative holiday or spare time reading/activity book for children.

This document activities focusses on the planning of wastewate services for the future and outlined the water quality issues.

Outlines the economic framework for the cost/benefit analysis to compare the economic efficiency of the possible developments, which will be evaluated for economic efficiency, financial impact, environmental & land use effects and effect on community.

Identifies the possible causes of suppression of demand (as the cost of the trip rises, potential travellers elect not to travel, which results in economic cost) across the various options being looked at as part of the MANS study.

Summarises the results of the economic comparison of the alternatives considered in the MANS study: site for a second Sydney airport; development of the present airport; and role of the two airports.
