Faye Lo Po is taking the fight against the Londonderry tip directly to the people. Using images of what Penrith has to offer and what the tip could do to destroy that, the Penrith Mayor is banking on the message getting through with pictures. Council is seeking a ruling from the Supreme Court which would force WMA to conduct a full environmental impact statement (EIS) as part of its application to develop the tip site.
